Refunds/Returns

Unfortunately we do not offer Returns or Exchanges for change of mind.

If you have received a faulty product, please contact us directly with photo's at pikininiaus@hotmail.com within 7 days of you receiving your product.

If your product is faulty and you have contacted us, you will be entitled to a full refund, store credit or exchange.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges unless authorised by Amy at Pikinini

We have a flat rate shipping of $9.95

We aim to get all orders out within 24 hours of purchasing
